Our twin share prices are per person based on two people ie couples, partners, friends sharing one room. If you are travelling alone, you have the option to have a room to yourself by paying the additional single room supplement.
We invite you to choose from the following options:
A- 1 Cyclist
B- 2 Cyclists
C- 1 Cyclist + 1 non-cyclist
Payment terms for confirmation
To confirm your place, a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of your Itinerary Summary. An invoice for this initial payment will be sent to you by email.
The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your tour departure. A final invoice will be sent in advance.
If you'd prefer to pay in full earlier, just let us know and we’ll issue the appropriate invoice.
For bike rentals, a $175 USD deposit is required at the time of booking, regardless of bike category.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our tours. Please see the full details below:
More than 90 days before departure
50% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
89 to 61 days before departure
75% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
60 days or less before departure
100% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
